Particle analysis equipment
Particle analysis equipment is used to analyze the number, shape, size and concentration of particles. Particle analysis is used in building material testing, plastic, food product and ingredient testing, drug manufacturing, and fertilizer production and preservation testing.
Description:
-
Detailed data: this technology allows measuring various particle properties: size, shape and concentration. These devices are commonly used in industries where it is difficult or impossible to perform tests using traditional methods, for example when particles are transparent, small and irregular in shape, etc.
-
Efficiency and speed: automated data processing allows data to be processed within minutes and generate reports.
-
Compliance with standards: to use the equipment in industry, measurements must be made in accordance with standards. Software allows setting and filtering the data necessary for a specific product analysis according to ISO 13322-2.

How does it works
The device uses a computer vision solution that analyzes the sample image and obtains data. The sample of the product to be tested is poured into the hopper and the material is dispersed and fed to the inspection zone with feeding mechanisms.
The particle images are obtained when they fall from the feed mechanism hopper. To ensure a quality image, filming is done against a special LED lighting background. The tested particles are accumulated in the hopper.
The software processes the obtained data and generates reports, tables, and graphs.
Machines
Design Tree offers two types of particle analysis equipment for laboratory use and industrial use.
Design Tree offers customers customized solutions ranging from required statistics and report generation to continuous measurement solutions, meaning equipment integration into the production line for real-time measurements.
