Reverse vending machines

Reverse vending machines for the collection of beverage packaging, used batteries, and other packaging. Reverse vending machines are designed to return a deposit in the form of a check or cash payment. Recycled packaging is sent for processing.

Description:

  • Machine vision: Our machines are equipped with machine vision solutions, so the range of objects to be deposited is limited only by size and pickup characteristics;

  • Operating principle: The machine scans the barcode on the packaging and any additional markings if necessary. Then the object is taken to the recognition area and recognition is performed. If the data matches, the objects are sorted into categories;

  • Usability: The machines are equipped with touch-sensitive displays for communication with its user;

  • Sorting and storage: According to the customer's request, the machine sorts objects and can be equipped with shredders to maximize the number of collected objects;

Innovations

In a time when sustainability and responsible behavior towards the environment is more important than ever, we, in partnership with WinGo, have created a range of innovations. Our innovative solutions, such as the use of computer vision in our machines, provide significant advantages, such as the almost limitless number of accepted objects and types.

  • The accepted objects can be damaged;

  • We have developed a battery and e-cigarette collection machine, which is currently the first in the world;

  • Our machines operate centrally and can be monitored in real-time;

How does it works

Our developed reverse vending machines are innovative and provide an easy to use system as follows:

  1. Upon placing an object into the machine, it recognizes the object

  2. The machines are equipped with anti-fraud devices such as scales, metal detectors, and scanners, if parameters match, the object is accepted.

  3. The deposited money or other benefits can be received back through a receipt or an app.

  4. The collected objects are sorted within the machine or centralized
